Hi wellsandsprings, thanks for the response. The reason I have taken interest in this is from hearing the process that water soaks into the earth, through the bedrock and into underground aquifers, the aquifers fill and the water is forced back up again through the rock making the water naturally filtered and mineralised and from what I have read "alive" in comparison to piped city supplies and bottled water which is said to be "dead"

I don't know if this is in every case but I have read that the water in some wells has not gone through this process of seeping into bedrock and being mineralised and is still classed as surface water that is waiting to soak in and would therefore cause some risk for drinking straight from the source without testing and treatment.

So, what I am looking for is a spring that bubbles from the surface caused by underground aquifers forcing and filtering that water through the bedrock and that you can drink straight from the source.

I hope that makes sense I am pretty new to the subject but I feel strongly about it. Water is the foundation of life and I agree with the statements on this site that these sites need to be protected and used by people rather than be controlled for profits.
